MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We promise your money back (store credit) if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period (60 days). You can get a store credit within 15 days after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.

We guarantee your purchases will be delivered on-time and as described.

Terms & Conditions

Your purchase is protected when shopping on our site.

We will issue Store Credit if:

- The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page. (photographs must be provided)

- Your account is in good standing.

Return of damaged/defective item

- Item when received must be in new condition with all tags and sanitary liners attached. items not received in above stated condition will not be credited or returned to customer. Item must be shipped to seller within 7 day of customer recite of package.

Missing, Lost, Undelivered Items

- If your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided). Undelivered or lost items will be re sent to customer at no additional cost.

- Items returned to seller due to unpaid customs duties. Will be resent to customer. (customs clearance/taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in purchase price.).

No Refund or Store Credit will be issued for lost or undelivered items.
